Part-time... On-Call Position

The Support Organizer’s role is to help individuals and families sort out the various spaces in a residential home. This role supports the Lead Organizer and Associate Organizers as they guide clients to manage and organize their lifestyle, family, and their environment while utilizing the Brilliantista standard and methods, keeping client goals in mind and producing a balance of form and function. Working as part of a team, the Support Organizer will support the Lead Organizer and utilize the support of Assistant Organizers to complete large, full-home projects.

This is an on-call position to be scheduled for 1-2 projects per month. It is an excellent way to join the team and be the first considered for open Associate Organizer Roles.

Schedule. As needed Monday - Thursday, 9:00 - 2:00. Reliable transpiration to client homes in the Denver metro and surrounding areas is required. Six weeks of professional organizing training is provided.

Physical Requirements. Can lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, and use a step stool or small ladder. Organizing requires mental and physical stamina. Working in many different homes requires tolerating typical household odors that derive from pets, dust, smoke, or fragrances. (We do not work in excessively dirty or unsafe homes.) Be in proper uniform while organizing or representing Brilliantista.

Education. We prefer that our Associate Organizers have earned an Associate’s Degree or a Certification of any type in any field of study. For candidates without an Associate’s Degree, we will consider work experience. Six weeks of professional organizing training is provided.
